A handmade Traditional Matured Cheddar, matured from 10-13 months and the result is a rinded cheese with a unique and complex flavor (8 oz.). White Stilton with Lemon Peel - the flavor of this cheese will surprise you (10 oz.). Sage Derby - a cheddar with clear leaf sage green marbling veins (8 oz.).
